An application for ” “Change of use from car showroom (sui generis) to D1 (non-residential) use (for community and educational use and a place of worship)” at 38-42 Holbrook Lane , Coventry ,CV6 4AB has been withdrawn.
There were some excellent objections by locals , plus objections from the Highways Department and Environmental Heath.
Of course the applicants may reapply , or just use the building illegally (we are watching) , but it`s a great result for local residents.
